Group Therapy Sessions

At Journey of Hope, we offer virtual group therapy sessions designed to help you explore challenges, build emotional resilience, and connect with others who are on similar paths—all from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Our groups are small, supportive, and facilitated by experienced therapists who foster a sense of safety, compassion, and meaningful connection. With flexible options—including lunchtime and evening sessions—we aim to make it easier to prioritize your mental health without adding more stress to your day.

What to Expect

We understand that joining a group can feel intimidating at first. But you don’t have to do it alone. Group therapy offers the unique benefit of shared experience—knowing that others truly get it can be incredibly validating and healing. Our therapists focus on creating a welcoming space where trust and empathy guide every session. Each group session focuses on:
 

  • Exploring how past experiences, emotional struggles, and relationship patterns may be holding you back from living in alignment with your values

  • Learning and practicing skills to manage anxiety, depression, and overwhelm so you can feel more grounded and present

  • Creating space for joy, clarity, and motivation as you work toward living as your most authentic and fulfilled self

Mother and Child

A 5-week group designed to help moms release the invisible load, ease guilt, and reconnect with themselves beyond motherhood.

The Mid-Day Reset

Finding time to focus on YOU can feel overwhelming. Let us help prioritize your wellness by joining us for this 4-week cycle of mindful meditation. 

30 minute sessions offered over lunch-hour to help you set intention and reconnect with yourself throughout the day.

 

  • 15-20 minute guided meditation

  • 10 minute insightful discussion
