Starting therapy can feel like a big step — but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Here’s what the journey looks like, one step at a time.
 

It starts with a free consultation.
This is a chance for us to meet, talk about what’s bringing you here, and see if we’re the right fit for you. No pressure — just a warm conversation to help you feel comfortable.

 

Then comes your first session.
This is your space to share your story, what’s been feeling heavy, and what you’re hoping will feel different. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports you — one that helps you unpack what you’ve been carrying and begin building tools to make it a little lighter.

 

Ongoing support follows.
From there, you’ll continue meeting 1:1 with your therapist, working through your goals, learning new ways to care for yourself, and aligning with what truly matters to you.

 

And you’re never alone.
Our group sessions offer a chance to connect with other women who understand — to learn, heal, and remember that you don’t have to face any of this by yourself.
