BOOK CLUB THERAPY GROUP

Book Club Therapy group provides a supportive environment to explore thoughts and emotions and the impact they have on our lives through the conversations sparked from wellness literary pieces. We take the support and enjoyment of book club and integrate therapeutic discussions and skill building throughout our weeks together. This is a great opportunity to build new relationships while also exploring the relationship with ourselves through the power of language.
