You love your children deeply, but somewhere along the way, you got lost. The constant juggling — managing everyone’s needs, carrying the invisible mental load, keeping the household and work running — leaves little space for you to breathe. You tell yourself you should be grateful, but underneath the love and responsibility, there’s exhaustion, guilt, and a quiet ache for who you used to be.

Maybe you feel like you’re running on empty — stretched so thin you barely recognize the woman in the mirror. Maybe motherhood hasn’t looked or felt like you thought it would. You crave balance, connection, and a sense of calm amidst the chaos, but don’t know where to start.

The Reconnected Mom Group was created for women just like you — mothers doing their best while quietly wondering if it’s okay to want more than survival. In this gentle, supportive space, you’ll be invited to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the version of yourself that exists beyond the constant giving.

Each week, you’ll join other moms who get it — who know the mental load, the guilt, the longing to feel more grounded and more “you.” Together, you’ll explore ways to set the load down, soften self-judgment, and rediscover what balance can feel like.

  • Guided mindfulness practices to help you arrive and ground each week

  • Gentle discussions exploring themes like guilt, balance, identity, and support

  • Practical strategies to ease emotional overwhelm and lighten your mental load

  • Compassionate facilitation by a therapist who truly understands the realities of motherhood

The Motherhood Reset is a 4-week therapeutic group designed to support mothers with young children (from newborn through pre-teen). Sessions are offered virtually for flexibility and accessibility, and each participant receives weekly reflection resources and take-home practices to support growth between sessions.

Weekly Themes May Include:

  • The Invisible Load – Identifying what you carry that no one sees

  • Mom Guilt & Self-Compassion – Learning to soften inner expectations

  • Enlisting Support Without Shame – Building your village

  • Self-Care That Works – Creating small, sustainable shifts

Length: 4 weeks
Duration: 1 hour per week
Format: Virtual via Microsoft Teams (camera-on encouraged for connection)
Fee: Covered by most insurance plans (Led by a Registered Psychotherapist; mother of three)
Includes: Reflection handouts and simple at-home practices
