That’s why I created 'Navigating the Mother Load,' an 8-week individual therapy program designed to help moms lighten that mental and emotional load. We focus on creating space for self-care, redefining your identity beyond motherhood, enlisting support, and overcoming mom-guilt. It’s about helping moms thrive—not just survive—while reconnecting with who they are at their core.

What To Expect

This 8-week program utilizes a unique combination of dialectical behaviour therapy and narrative therapy models to support you to: 

  • Unpack and navigate the invisible mental load of motherhood.

  • Create space for self-care without guilt or overwhelm.
