A Bit About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over 12 years of clinical experience working with individuals with mental health and addiction related concerns. I strongly value human connection, compassion, and non-judgement and these values are the foundation in my work with my clients.  I am passionate about helping individuals uncover insights and strengths that support their resilience, growth, and healing. In my personal life, I cherish time spent with my little family and closest friends. I love playing sports, doing yoga, weight training, creating art, and spending time outdoors. I also treasure snuggles with my dogs and discovering new interests.

What to Expect

My approach to counseling and psychotherapy is grounded in connection and trauma-informed practices with an aim to foster a space that feels warm, safe, empowering, and collaborative. I tailor my approach to my clients needs and motivations for seeking support. Together we find ways to navigate issues using various therapeutic models and techniques including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Insight Oriented Therapies, Motivational interviewing, and Solution Focused strategies with Mindfulness interwoven into our discussions.
