A Bit About Me

If you’re navigating the complexities of divorce, relationship issues, or the emotional impact of a breakup, I’m here to help. I have a special interest in supporting individuals like you who are facing significant transitions, navigating the complexities of divorce, relationship challenges and seeking clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of self. With a warm and nonjudgemental approach, I provide a safe space for you to explore your emotions, gain clarity and build resilience during times of significant change.

Drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), we work together to tailor each session to meet your unique needs. I understand the profound impact that relationship trauma and transitions can have on emotional well-being and am committed to helping clients heal, grow, and rediscover their sense of self.

Whether you’re struggling with the end of a relationship, managing co-parenting dynamics, or addressing personal concerns related to self-worth and identity, I am here to guide and empower you. My goal is to help you navigate these challenges with compassion and strength, fostering hope and healing along the way.

“Relationships shape so much of our lives, and transitions can feel overwhelming. My work is about helping you find balance, clarity, and peace as you move forward.”

What to Expect

Together, we’ll work through the challenges you’re experiencing—whether it’s rebuilding after a divorce, managing co-parenting dynamics, addressing personal concerns, or healing from relationship trauma. My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space for you to explore your emotions and uncover the strength you already possess.

We will use a variety of tools in and outside of sessions that can help you process your feelings, build resilience, and take meaningful steps forward. You don’t have to face this alone.
