A Bit About Me
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario since 2015. I have been supporting individuals with mental health and addictions related concerns for 20 years in both in-patient and out-patient settings. I am a mother to three wonderful kids whom I spend most of my time with. I enjoy being in nature and appreciating the changing seasons, walking my dog, creating art through drawing, sketching and dancing and continuously learning and expanding my knowledge and skill set.
What to Expect
Walking with you through the difficult journey of letting go of life's heavy moments and navigate a more intentional way of living through a compassionate, non-judgemental and curious lens has been the foundation of my work. Together we will focus on aligning how you show up in your life, with the values that lead it, while focusing on maintaining a mindful connection with your loved ones and most importantly, yourself!

By gaining insight to the past, noticing when it shows up and how it impacts your emotions I can help you to develop the skills necessary to shift towards an experience of acceptance and making meaning in grief and loss.
I look forward to meeting with you and working on achievable steps towards building a life of wellness.
