A Bit About Me

I am a small business owner, a wife of 9 years, and a mother to two beautiful little boys. I love spending time connecting with nature, engaging in yoga and meditation practices and of course curling up with a meaningful and inspiring book.

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and have been supporting clients regarding mental health and addiction concerns for the past 12 years.

What to Expect

Within my healing space I focus on helping women find balance and rediscover who they are outside of the responsibilities of motherhood and/or entrepreneurship. I focus on letting go of old unhelpful narratives you may be carrying that cause feelings of overwhelming anxiety, guilt and shame and help you to create your own story of hope, strength and resiliency. We will work together to focus on being more present with your children, more intentional in your career, and saving space for your own self-care, nourishment and joy.

I utilize a mindful approach to assist in reducing thos overwhelming feelings of anxiety and depression, making life more manageable. During our sessions we will work on building concrete skills to help you through all of life's difficult moments, and also to create some beautiful ones! I look forward to meeting you and working on your journey to becoming your highest self.
